一、基本情况
潘玉灵，女，1996年出生，汉族，中共党员，四川乐山人，现为中南财经政法大学公共管理学院应急与公共人力资源管理系助理教授。研究方向为应急管理、自然灾害（气候变化方向）、公共政策、可计算一般均衡理论及其应用。发表SSCI/SCI/CSSCI收录论文25篇，3篇入选ESI热点论文，8篇入选ESI高被引论文，H值15。主持厅局级项目2项，参与国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家社会科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多项国家级课题。
